1. Our Services

We provide doorstep car washing, cleaning, and detailing services within our serviceable areas in and around Kokrajhar, Bodoland (Assam), India. Service availability depends on your location, slot availability, and weather conditions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to use our services. By booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Bookings

• Bookings are confirmed only after you complete the booking flow and receive a confirmation.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate service address, vehicle details, and access to the vehicle at the scheduled time.
• We may reschedule or decline a booking due to safety concerns, inaccessible locations, extreme weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Pricing & Payments

• Prices for services are displayed during booking and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• You may pay online (via Razorpay) or by the other payment methods offered at booking.
• Online payments may be eligible for the discount shown at checkout.
• We reserve the right to revise prices at any time; the price applicable to your booking is the one confirmed at the time of booking.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Your Responsibilities

• Remove valuables and personal belongings from the vehicle before service. We are not responsible for items left inside.
• Ensure the vehicle is legally parked and accessible at the service location.
• Disclose any pre-existing damage, delicate finishes, or special care requirements before service begins.

7. Service Quality & Liability

We take care to deliver a high-quality service. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for that particular booking. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or issues disclosed to us after service completion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Tip-Top Car Wash name, logo, text, and graphics — is our property and may not be used without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kokrajhar, Assam.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
