Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Tip-Top Car Wash, we want you to be completely satisfied. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for bookings made through our website.
1. Cancelling or Rescheduling a Booking
- Free cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 2 hours before your scheduled service slot.
- Late cancellation: Cancellations made within 2 hours of the slot may incur a small fee to cover the professional's allocated time and travel.
- No-show: If our professional arrives and is unable to perform the service because the vehicle is inaccessible or no one is available, the booking may be treated as a no-show and may not be eligible for a full refund.
2. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund when:
- You cancel within the free-cancellation window described above.
- We are unable to provide the service due to reasons on our side (e.g., professional unavailability, weather, or operational issues) and a suitable reschedule is not possible.
- You were charged incorrectly or charged more than once for the same booking.
3. Service Satisfaction
If you are not happy with the quality of a completed service, please tell us within 24 hours. We will, at our discretion, arrange a re-service of the affected areas at no extra cost or offer a partial/ full refund based on the situation.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
- Approved refunds for online payments are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay.
- Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- For cash bookings, eligible refunds are settled via UPI or bank transfer.
5. How to Request a Refund
To cancel a booking or request a refund, you can:
- Use the cancellation option in your account dashboard, or
- Call or WhatsApp us at +91 98647 59214, or
- Email contact@tip-topcarwash.in with your booking details.
6. Exceptions
Add-on consumable products (such as car care products purchased alongside a service) may be non-refundable once delivered, unless they are damaged or defective.
