These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Tip-Top Car Wash (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking or availing any service, you (“Customer”, “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
Tip-Top Car Wash provides professional vehicle cleaning and detailing services including exterior wash, interior cleaning, foam wash, detailing, and specialized care for premium or luxury vehicles. Services may be provided at the customer’s location or at designated service points.
Tip-Top Car Wash is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.
Certain stains, scratches, oxidation, or defects may not be fully removable. Results may vary depending on vehicle condition and environmental factors. Restoration to “as-new” condition is not guaranteed.
Services may be delayed or canceled due to weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control. No compensation shall be payable.
Our staff follows standard safety and hygiene protocols. Any abusive or unsafe behavior toward staff may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
We may capture before-and-after images of vehicles for quality control or promotional use. Customer identity and vehicle registration details will not be disclosed without consent.
Refunds, if any, are at the sole discretion of Tip-Top Car Wash. No refunds will be issued after satisfactory completion of service.
All brand elements, logos, designs, and content are the exclusive property of Tip-Top Car Wash and may not be used without written permission.
Tip-Top Car Wash reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective upon publication.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Kokrajhar, Assam, the district headquarters of Kokrajhar District.
